Where software gets it wrong

We're collecting honest answers from people who run real operations: what your current software gets wrong, and what's still living on paper, whiteboards, or in somebody's head. This isn't a lead form — it's research, and the answers shape what we build next.

Noted — is already checked further down. Just a few quick ones first.

Step 1 of 4
About 3 minutes
First — what kind of operation are we talking about?

Broad strokes are fine. We're looking for patterns across industries, not a profile of you.

What does the work actually run on today?

Pick everything that's genuinely load-bearing — including the unglamorous stuff. Paper and group texts count.

Now the honest part — where does it break?

No software vendor is going to see this with your name on it. Say what you'd say in the parking lot.

Last one — what's still not digital?

The gaps are the interesting part. What still runs on paper, memory, or a whiteboard because no tool ever fit?

Corvara Systems

That's genuinely useful.

Thank you — answers like yours are how we figure out which gaps are worth building for. If you left an email, you'll hear from us when there's something worth reading; if you didn't, this is where it ends, exactly as promised.

Not a sales form

Email is optional. Leave it blank and we have no way to contact you — that's the point.

No list, no drip

You won't be enrolled in anything. No sequence, no newsletter you didn't ask for.

Reported in aggregate

If we ever publish what we learn, it's patterns across responses — never a named company.
