Pick everything that's genuinely load-bearing — including the unglamorous stuff. Paper and group texts count.

Now the honest part — where does it break?

No software vendor is going to see this with your name on it. Say what you'd say in the parking lot.

Last one — what's still not digital?

The gaps are the interesting part. What still runs on paper, memory, or a whiteboard because no tool ever fit?
